Meet Pamela

I strongly believe that women empowerment and development can bring national prosperity, political stability and societal transformation.

My objective is simple, to make that happen through strategic initiatives that are designed to properly engage, educate and ultimately empower women.

Pamela is an experienced Human Resource Consultant, Entrepreneur, Leadership Coach, Keynote Speaker and Self-Improvement Author. Driven by a mix of passion to advocate women’s interest and implement nation-building efforts, she takes pride in building human capital through valuable training in order to promote women empowerment and development. She has built her reputation and credibility as a thought leader through her expertise, insight and valuable perspective in empowering women for successful living.

Pamela graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Botany from the University of Calabar, Cross River State in Nigeria and is currently based in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State. She launched her career at a Marine Servicing Company, where she was a Procurement Officer responsible for Product Purchases, Supplier Relations and Staff Supervision. Her expertise and commitment in the Supply Chain Industry have allowed her to be recognized as an Associate of the Supply Chain and Warehouse Management (ACISCWM). She is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Managers (ACIPM).

Pamela is the founder CEO of Ellasot Group, a multi-industry company engaged in Human Resource Consulting, Investment, Coaching, and General Contracting. Her primary goal is to be the world's leading entrepreneurial business support consultancy firm recognized for creating wealth and delivering excellence. In 2010, she was honoured with the Millennium Development Goals (MDG) national award for her contributions to sustainable growth and development in the nation.

As an innovative Entrepreneur, Pamela has developed a unique perspective when it comes to delivering value that helps other women. Influenced by Michelle Obama and Oprah Winfrey, she aspires to empower women, improve their lives, and inspire success in them in the next stage of her career.

Pamela is setting a new standard for engaging, educating and empowering women from all spheres of life. This is evident in her new book  ‘Women the Time is Now’ which promotes the link between balancing work and family life, raising stable children and finally, nation-building. Her commitment to improving women is changing the way women improve women’s lives. She is available as a keynote speaker and panellist for conferences, workshops and knowledge sharing platforms.

Outside of the office, as a devoted wife to her loving husband,  and mother to two amazing daughters, Pamela enjoys spending time with her family.
